Entrance Examination

1. Eligibility

  1. Applicants who have completed 12 or more years of formal education in their home country and hold a qualification equivalent to high school graduation.
  2. Applicants who are physically and mentally healthy and can comply with Japanese laws and the school's regulations.
  3. Applicants with a clear purpose for studying abroad, a strong motivation to learn, and a financial supporter with sufficient capacity to cover their expenses.
  4. Applicants with the following Japanese language proficiency:
    Course Japanese Language Proficiency
    Preparatory Course for Higher Education (2-Year Program) Has passed JLPT-N5 or an equivalent Japanese language proficiency test, with proficiency equivalent to A1.
    Preparatory Course for Higher Education (1.5-Year Program) Has passed JLPT-N4 or an equivalent Japanese language proficiency test, with proficiency equivalent to A2.
    Or plans to take JLPT-N4 or an equivalent test and holds proficiency equivalent to A2.

3. Required Application Documents

Please prepare the Applicant's documents and the Financial Supporter's documents, and submit them to the school office by the deadline.

For cases where a parent or relative living overseas provides financial support. (For other cases, please contact the school office.)

7 Proof of relationship between the applicant and the financial supporter If the supporter is a relative → Certificate of family relationship, birth certificate, etc.
If the supporter is not a relative → Official documents proving the relationship
8Proof of the financial supporter's family compositionFamily register or residence certificate covering all family members of the supporter

[Important Notes]

  • All documents must clearly show the date of issue and the issuer.
  • For bank, municipal office, and employment certificates, submit originals dated within the last 3 months.
  • All documents in foreign languages must be accompanied by a Japanese translation.

* Additional documents may be requested if necessary.

4. Application and Enrollment Procedure

①The applicant submits the required documents for the entrance examination to the school.

②The school conducts document screening, a written examination, and an interview to determine admission.

③The school sends an admission notice to successful applicants (hereafter, "prospective students").

④Upon receiving the admission notice, the prospective student prepares the application documents and mails them to the school.

⑤The school reviews the mailed documents and submits the application to the Immigration Services Agency on behalf of the student.

⑥The Immigration Services Agency reviews the documents and issues a Certificate of Eligibility to approved applicants.

⑦Once the school confirms the Certificate of Eligibility, it notifies the prospective student.

⑧Upon receiving notification, the prospective student pays the required tuition and fees to the school.

⑨The school notifies the prospective student once payment has been confirmed.

⑩The prospective student applies for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate in their home country.

⑪The prospective student receives the visa from the Japanese embassy or consulate in their home country.

⑫The prospective student, after consulting with the school, arranges their flight and travels to Japan.

⑬The school welcomes the arriving student at the airport and supports them with settling in and preparing for enrollment.
